Director of Sports Medicine & Wellness, Dr. Bradley Borne shares one of his favorite exercises to do as a pre-round warm-up or a daily corrective exercise.
"This simple movement is especially good for golf and for people who sit most of the day," says Borne.
To complete the exercise simply raise one leg up on a 2-foot platform, move your body weight forward as you rotate to that side with the leg up. Do 10 reps. Repeat the same move as you lift your arms overhead 10 times. Then, simply put the other leg up and rotate to that side 10 times.
This movement opens up the hips, improves posture, and improves rotation while loading the hip.
