training & Conditioning

The physical fitness of GBNYC members is evaluated through a proprietary Assessment Process, offered seasonally as a benefit of membership. A certified fitness professional, trained in assessing quality of movement and range of motion, will lead you through a series of tests that are scored to determine your areas of strength and weakness as well as greatest efficiency. The cumulative results produce a score that shows how well you move and those areas that need work, and are the first step in the process of recording and analyzing your improvement.

Personal Training + Conditioning

One-on-one or semi-private sessions of 60 minutes follow the progression of mobility, stability, coordination, strength, and power for optimal health, physical development, and golf performance.

Yoga

Functional training allows learning to move in ways that increase body awareness, improve mobility and stability, improve one’s golf game, and improve overall quality of life.
