The fitness program is designed to help you play better golf and reach personal health and fitness goals. Our process begins by understanding your health history, goals and expectations. GBNYC uses a fitness assessment to design an individualized workout program and provide our golf professionals information about your motor movement. We periodically update your program, respond to your feedback, and check to ensure you are staying on track. Through exercise, nutrition, and recovery, we want you to lead a healthy, active lifestyle—on and off the course.
Personal Training + Conditioning
One-on-one or semi-private sessions of 60 minutes for optimal health, physical development, and golf performance.
Functional training allows learning to move in ways that increase body awareness, improve mobility and stability, improve one’s golf game, and improve overall quality of life.
