GBNYC Member Improves Handicap with Yoga & Simulator Work

After a private yoga session with Bee Bosnak, this GBNYC member goes straight into the hitting bay with TruGolf Simulators to hit balls and have lunch. After 2 months of private yoga working on mobility and rotation along with regular golf instruction and structured practice and workouts, he has gone from a 9 to a 7 handicap.
