We asked Joc to talk more about the Member experience here at G&B, and about his team which consists of 3 other chefs who work beside him each day in the G&B Cafe!

Here’s what Joc had to say, “the Members at G&BNYC create a great community and a fun family-like atmosphere, and it’s easy to make good food for your family.  I want to ensure that our Members are getting top service at all hours of the day, we open at 5am and are ready to take on the day eager to make some of our Breakfast Specials for the earlybirds!  By lunchtime it’s usually pretty busy, it is important to me that the cafe staff is prepared for the afternoon rush. We create a new lunch and dinner special each week using the freshest ingredients possible to fulfill our Member’s dietary needs.  One of my favorite specials going into the summer has been the Crispy Rainbow Trout with Pickled Mushroom Salad.  This pan seared marinated trout with spicy pickled mushroom salad, is perfect keto-friendly meal that gives you that clean eating feeling I strive to evoke.”
