Each GBNYC member receives a 20-minute complimentary consultation with a certified nutritionist. This session introduces the member to the nutritionist, addresses one key issue and the impact one change can have.
One-on-One Session (60 minutes): A session dedicated to assessing goals and health history, taking baseline measurements of body fat, inches, weight, food diary, and supplement review. Discussion of how nutrition can help achieve goals (physical, medical, mental), meal ideas, eating out, and strategies relevant to lifestyle.
30-Day Progress Package: A comprehensive month-long package allowing for daily/weekly communication via e-mail monitoring. Emphasis on nutritional changes, food diary, challenges, and progress with relevant actions including workout suggestions. Package concludes with “after” measurements and discussing strategies for upkeep.
One-Month Follow-Up Package: An addition to the 30-Day Progress Package, the One-Month follow up is ideal for those who want to deepen their commitment to their diet and want to take their work to the next level to achieve health, energy, focus, and weight loss or muscle gains. Package includes assessment of progress (measurements and health improvements), goal setting for the month, discussion of nutrition, supplements, workout, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies, ongoing email and phone support.
